Walter Dunlap Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Walter Dunlap, 93, of Warren, died 7:20 PM Monday, April 5, 2004 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital-Forum Health in Warren. He was born Thursday, September 8, 1910, in Bellaire, Ohio, the son of the late John and Mary Tidd Dunlap. Mr. Dunlap had worked for Dunlap and Son Plumbing. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, where he belonged to the True Fellowship Sunday School Class and had served on the Administrative Board. Surviving Mr. Dunlap are his stepdaughter, Ruth Ann McConville of Warren, with whom he made his home; a stepson, Paul E. "Gene" McConville of Martins Ferry, Ohio; 25 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Preceding Mr. Dunlap in death are his parents; his wife, Daisy Whitlatch Dunlap, whom he married October 1, 1929 and who died August 22, 1957; his wife, Frances Kuckuck McConville Dunlap, whom he married September 26, 1959 and who died May 12, 1984; five stepchildren; four sisters; and six brothers. Services for Mr. Dunlap will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 8, 2004 at Grace United Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel Ave. N.W., Warren, Ohio 44485, with Rev. Warren F. Outhwaite officiating. Interment will be 11:00 AM Friday at Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio. Friends may call at the church 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday and 10:00 to 11:00 AM Thursday.
